Hi im working with custom elevenlabs voices and have that problem that the bot is most of the time not working , but sometimes it works correct. on the application it says error massage show in the output log when he should hear , 2024.08.19-09.21.34:056][896]ConvaiGRPCLog: Warning: OnStreamFinish: Status:Not Ok | Debug Log: | Error message:Get Response Failed Invalid voice name. It happen with all custom Elevenlabs voices, the normal elevenlabs voices are working good.
Do you have a Idea?

it happens very often , sometimes it works i can send you more logs if that helps
