Elevenlabs Seems Unrealiable

Hi, I have a pro account and often when my characters are using an elevenlabs voice it just randomly stops working until I change the voice to another provider. It will say I have hit my max but it’s nowhere near the 2000 monthly limit on my account. We were using some elevenlab voices in our product and have had to move away from using them because of this issue. Thanks in advance for any help or insight you can provide.

The elevenlabs voice is/was set to Mimi, and it is working now. When this happened before it was the same issue, my character was using an elevenlabs voice and would not respond until I changed the voice to something else. Our numbers are really low so I know it isn’t reaching the limits. The Billing quota was in the low hundreds out of 2000 but has just reset to zero. Just curious if this is happening to anyone else that uses elevenlabs voices.

Yes, there was a problem. If it works, you can delete your Character ID.

We are encountering problems with intermittent service (daily outages) and we have been using elevenlabs voices. Only those voices are causing our stuff to break. We aren’t 100% sure yet, but based on the last week and this support outreach, our working theory is that you’re right and we need to STOP using our elevenlabs plan because of it

We have detached our NPCs from 11 and moved them all to OpenAI voice synthesis for now. We opened a ticket at 11 to learn more about what is happening on that side of things. If you <@1023671043287699568> can describe what was wrong and how you fixed it, please let us know when you can, as we are having difficulty attributing the source of the problem except for the fact that the 11 voices were the only NPCs that were malfunctioning
