Hi, we’re using an ElevenLabs pro API voice (Ida) in Convai.
The voice is connected, but the settings from ElevenLabs are not applied.
Could you please update the backend parameters for this voice?
I need:
Speed 1.11
Stability 38%
Similarity 42%
Style exxageration 42%
This is important for our production use case.

We have applied the requested values for the parameters at our backend.
I am not fully satisfied with it, so please, make it:
Speed 1.20
Stability 65%
Similarity 70%
Style exxageration 10%
Updated the settings.
Unfortunately speed of her voice didn’t change, it’s still the same
So please, make it at the maximum speech speed elevenlabs allows

1.2 is the max speed allowed
Yes but she is slow as before, i don’t see any changes from begining. Otherwise if i compare 1.0 speed and 1.2 speed on their elevenlabs webiste the difference in speed is significant. But in convai it’s all the same as before , real speed is about 1.0 as it was before
For example you try to make 1.2 speed in official Elevenlabs website , and try to compare with our convai 1.2 speed, that’s a huge difference. In our version it’s still the same speed
We did update it to these specific settings as requested.
Sorry, i see it updated in convai dashboard (on website it speaks really fast) but in unreal engine it slow as before. I gues this is because i use the old plugin of convai

Tried it now, In video call in website it works really fast as it should be. Inside of Unreal engine it still slow
Video call is using the latest Unreal Engine plugin. Which version are you using?
Convai_5.4 on Unreal engine 5.4 version
There isn’t a Convai plugin version 5.4.
Sorry, that is Convai plugin version 3.6.0. for version Unreal engine 5.4
