My characters associated with my API key are properly stored in my account.
With the recent Memory updates, only users on the Scale plan and above can view all interactions. You are on a Scale plan, but the character was created on an account that is on the Free plan, so you will not be able to see its interactions there.
If possible, please recreate this character in the account that has the Scale plan so you can access all interactions.
