Error while loading .EXE

So I did a Windows .EXE for this project and I’m having this issue on one of my computers when I run the Exe.
I’ve run it on a 2080 Rtx, an AMD card, and a 4090 Rtx and it runs fine. When I run it in a RTX 3080 it shows this error that it can’t find the Character ID but the Ai is still working and it doesn’t show the name of the Avatar in the Chatbox.

The computer is running Windows 11 and everything is updated. Do you know what might be wrong that’s making that error pop up?

Hello <@563096950887677952>,

Could you please share the logs?

Error fixed. The PC only had Microsoft Edge as a Browser. It seems that you need to have a different Browser installed on the computer for the EXE to connect to convai properly.
Once we installed a different Browser the error didn’t show up.

Hi <@563096950887677952>, from the logs there were certain important SSL certificates missing from your system, and when you installed Chrome it seems it also installed these crucial certificates which got it working. First time seeing such and interesting issue, were you working on a VM?

That’s exactly what my teammate said. He said it was missing some certificates and when we installed chrome it installed those.
I was working on a Zotac ZBox E Series.

I see, just a tip in case you face this issue or worried it would happen on a user’s pc (although very unlikely) you can disable Verify Peer in the project settings

This will basically ignore any SSL verification and would work even if the certificate are missing
