I have no access to this files. The project is hosting by eagle Streaming and will be lunch by pixelstreaming.
I can’t see any errors or details in the screenshot. This might be related to the integration, since you’re using pixel streaming. Please check the logs and share them with us.
We have no change anything the last 4 month . Only editing Convai Backend RAG Settings like new messages, new connections to documents. Could it be that the texts in the backend of Convai must not exceed a certain character length? Or that not so many documents may be connected? A lot of the information we enter in the Convai backend is not taken into account by the avatar. Are there any guidelines that should be adhered to?
