I keep getting the message - Error! Contact Support or Check Logs since yesterday on my packaged prototype when conversing with the Digital Human.
I have tried changing the voices but randomly I get this message in the chat widget and the digital human stops talking. I am presenting a live conversation with the Digital Human tomorrow at an AI SYmposium and would like this to be fixed so I am not embarrassed in front of potential investors present there as well as University President and Deans.
Can you please help? The project is already built from Unreal Engine so there is no way to check the Logs.
Checked on the Convai Playground just now and I am not getting the error message. Is there an issue with the streaming to the build. I only noticed it yesterday when testing. It is happening often and the digital human just stops speaking because of the error message or the audio continues and the lip sync stops.

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m truly sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing, especially with such an important presentation ahead.
Unfortunately, without access to logs, it’s very difficult for us to determine the exact cause of the error you’re encountering. If possible, we highly recommend repackaging your project using one of the available build configurations (such as Development with logging enabled) to retrieve and share the logs with us. This would allow our team to investigate the issue more effectively and provide support as quickly as possible.
Is it possible to check on your end if anything is causing the issue by any chance? The build has been working flawlessly till now for over two months, this issue only started yesterday.
Unfortunately I don’t have the time to do another build today and the event is tomorrow.
I’m trying the different COre AI models to see if it is something to do with that. Which CORE AI model do you strongly suggest I use to have the best results?
I’m headed to an industry event tonight and tomorrow morning will be at the university setting up for the symposium, I won’t get time to run another build unfortunately. Also, it is not every time, it is randomly that Error pops up so not sure how to capture it but to keep conversing with the digital human in the hopes that it throws and error and then captured in the log.
I guess I will have no other choice but to do my presentation at the AI Symposium with the current build and hope it goes smoothly.
The prototype will be headed to Germany for a Europe Wide AI Symposium in August as well, we already have a couple investors keen on the use cases for the research project and potential investment.
Trying in editor at home, I am not getting any errors, however, any words that have an ’ apostrophe, is being spelled out for example You’ll is spelled out as YOU L L
Is there a new plugin version we should be using? Also is the Fab marketplace plugin not being updated and supported any longer?
The same build problem is back now. This is the same UE 5.5.3 project that previously caused issues with building and then finally build succeed. Nothing has changed but now it will not build.
It’s 11 pm here in Atlanta, I need to get rest and will have to rely on the build the way it is working.
Can you please discuss with the Developers, this issue of the build is constant and dragging not only for me but for almost everyone in Unreal Engine. Can this be corrected and fixed once and for all please. Can there be a TUTORIAL on the best practices for Visual Studio installation for Unreal Engine, and how to build successfully please.
Too much time is wasted trying to get answers and find solutions.

Also any word that has an apostrophe is being mis pronounced, Check the Chat Session Log from the memory in Convai. See how many ‘’‘’’ are being added. For Example YOU’D should be pronounced Youd, the digital human pronounces it as You D. Can this please be fixed @K3
