Hi @K3, Monday I am going to North Carolina A&T University CREO Research Center to do a formal presentation of the prototype and research, I don’t want to mess up the current prototype, I’ll have to create a new project in UE 5.5 with a new MetaHuman and the beta plugin you suggested to test it, Earliest would be after I come back unfortunately.

For example the chat history shows that the text returned is like below:

Hello, I’‘’‘m Dr. LightArch, your digital wellness advisor. Managing stress is vital for maintaining good health, so let’‘’'s explore some strategies.

This means the Digital Human then doesn’t pronounce the words like I’m and Let’s correctly.

Also at times the Error! Contact Support or Check Logs shows up which mean that the user conversation doesn’t go through.

I’m testing the prototype now, Changed the voice to a GCP voice, and asked if the digital human can help me get ready for my presentation.

The response is this:

I’‘’‘’‘’‘m here to help with your test run. Let’‘’‘’‘’'s practice your presentation

Why are the responses coming back with so many ‘’‘’‘’‘’‘’‘’ ?

Can we hop on a video call so we can test it together please.

The fix for the issue was pushed to production last week on Friday. Can you please confirm if you have observed the issue again since then.

“Enter Idle 14” errors have been significantly reduced in recent updates. We are also working on a larger update that we expect to completely resolve this issue.

Ok, that sounds great. I will do a test again.

However, I have noticed, today, speaking to the digital human, he stops answering midway and says I am a bit disoriented, can you help. Happened a couple of times randomly, but no error codes or messages were captured in the output logs.

Just to clarify, do you mean the character stops speaking mid-response, or that it delivers an unexpected line like “I am a bit disoriented” instead of the intended dialogue?

To help us investigate properly, please share your full output logs from the session where this occurred. Even if there’s no visible error message, there may be clues we can use to pinpoint the cause.

The digital human delivers an unexpected line like “I am a bit disoriented” instead of the intended dialogue.

In my testing, if it happens again, I’ll copy the output log and send through. It happens randomly so hard to investigate.
