Description

We are having an issue were we are unable to embed/publish our experience to our site. The site is whitelisted successfully and we have waited a couple of days before trying again, still nothing.

Hello,

Welcome to the Convai Developer Forum!

Could you please provide more details about the issue? What exactly is happening? Are you receiving any error messages?

If possible, sharing screenshots that show the problem would help us assist you more effectively.

This is an error we get, but i didn’t see anything about setting up an API key:

ERROR: “API key not found.”
Reference ID: “09a03e6e-a62f-4330-9ebb-7033eaccc527”

And this is the error it shows on the embedded viewer: Please contact Convai to get https://discoverdiva.ai whitelisted!

Did you add https://discoverdiva.ai to your account (whitelisting website)?

If not use this link: Convai Authentication

Yes, it has already been whitelisted. We also have to correct plan/billing tier active.

Please let me know if there is anything that I can do from my side to assist with troubleshooting this problem.

There are multiple validation to validate a domain your domain doesnot have a referr which is needed.

Hello,

Are you still experiencing the issue?

Please assist me with a detailed guide on what to check for to validate the domain.

There is an attribute of referr which we use to check from our server if we are serving to a whitelisted url or not. That attribute is hidden for https://discoverdiva.ai if this is available your experience would run.

I am unsure of what to put into the referrer field or where to put the referr field, do you have a code snippet or documentation I can reference.

Add the following tag inside the of your HTML:

Or set this HTTP response header on your server:

Referrer-Policy: origin

This tells your browser to include your domain when making requests to our server, which is required for the embed to work.

We have done this, still getting a “Access Denied for this Url…”

Can you check if you have published the experience.
