K3 will be along to properly answer you, in the meantime I can tell you (you may already know this) the voice can be changed in the Convai Dashboard if you select the character. If the available voices aren’t what you want, you can use an Eleven Labs voice. You need to create a pro account with them, get the API key, and add it to your Convai account. After some time has passed the voices you have in Eleven Labs will be available for your Convai character.
