Issues with avatars for about 24 hours

I have a live system that has been running for about 40 days and has been used daily without any issues until yesterday, when problems started occurring.
The problems are errors in the calls to the Convai servers: the Convai plugin (on Unreal) frequently (but not always) throws an exception and the interaction freezes.
This is not an occasional error—in the last 24 hours, the frequency has been quite high.

On the page https://convai.statuspage.io/ everything appears to be OK, but since all the network tests (jitter, latency, speed, etc.) are extremely positive and consistent with previous days, I would like to know if there are any issues currently ongoing that might not yet be reflected on the status page.

These kinds of disruptions can sometimes stem from the LLM or Voice Provider you’re using. For example, OpenAI experienced significant issues yesterday, and some of those disruptions are still ongoing. If your setup relies on OpenAI’s models, this is likely the root cause.
