With the release of my project looming, I’m eager to ascertain whether the Japanese characters issues can be resolved within a couple of days. If resolving them within this timeframe is unfeasible, I would appreciate it if you could consider a refund from eleventhlab. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Hello Sacco, 11labs is an external company to ours, thus we cannot refund it. I believe, since it seems to be an issue with their model, they will be able to refund you.
