Knowledge Bank text file not showing (error message showing)

Hi, instead of showing what files are in use for the character, this message is showing in the Knowledge bank :

“Error: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 2 of the JSON data”

I’ve tried logging out and logging in again, have tried uploading a new file, etc.

This is 1 character ID 12c5d804-bddd-11ef-905b-42010a7be016 it’s happening for all of the other characters I have examined so far.
