Any idea why the audio would work in playmode on PC, but not work at all in headset? The UI canvas appears in MR, but senddataasync commands dont work and no audio either.

internet connection works on headset and pc. I get audio on PC but no audio on headset. NPC stares at me on headset, I see convai UI but cannot interact.

now im not getting sound in the demos. characters are speaking, but no audio at all. PC does have audio and all sound settings are set

I have never seen this problem before.
I suggest you create a new project and try using a different API key.
Also please use manual installation.

If you check our gallery channel, multiple users are using it without any issues on Quest 3.
And Asset store QA team is testing it before it is released on Asset Store.

it’s only today that it is behaving like this. In fact, for a moment, I had audio again (on PC) but then back to character speaking but no sound while all other PC sounds working.
