Questions on agent session time, direct URL and handsfree feature

Hello,

I am using the character through your published link except I do not want the user to see the entire dashboard when they use the link. I need them to see the window after start experience button is clicked. If I use that direct charater conversation window URL, its has session timeout.

My question is - is there anyway to have a direct link to the character than need to click on the start experience button?

Also, I will be using external web cam and swicth of the laptop camera. The character window shows a grey box on left bottom for the switched off laptop camera. Is there way to not display the great box?

Lastly, do you have ETA for the handsfree feature release?
