SpeakerID's for long term memory are no longer being assigned to users

It’s been noticed that new SpeakerID’s are no longer being assigned to new users. I am under my allocated allowance of SpeakerID’s, at the moment the long term memory is not working for new users and I’ve just had a fairly significant influx of new users.

No, I mean the Speaker ID Management side.

I am replacing the Default Player Name with a value I get in a script, it has worked fine up until the last day or 2, I doubt it is related.

I ran my app in the Unity Editor with all Convai logger settings enabled and could see no error messages, or any messages about SpeakerID’s.

I mean this window.

There are a load of SpeakerID’s listed below but they are email addresses that I can’t show of course, existing SpeakerID’s seem to work but no new one’s are being created.

Might be a similar issue to this? Long Term Memory - I have only been assigned 5 SpeakerID / user slots and not 200

in that I don’t have the right amount of SpeakerID slots allocated to my account, because my plan changed a few days ago and new SpeakerID’s being assigned stopping working may have happened around then.

Can you please give the email-id associated with your account.

I have increased the limit to 100 for your plan. You are correct, it was set to 5 hence the limit.

Hi @Hakuna_Matata I am on the Business plan, I am supposed to have 500 SpeakerID slots according to the pricings page (I was previously on the Scale plan that had 200 slots). I already have well over 100 users with SpeakerID’s so setting it to 100 won’t work, please give me the 500 user slots for memory via SpeakerID’s the plan allows for.
