Long Term Memory - I have only been assigned 5 SpeakerID / user slots and not 200

First of all the revamped LTM is great, well done guys/gals!

But I have an issue, I think I am only being assigned 5 SpeakerID / user slots for it instead of the 200 allowed on my plan (Scale). I’ve excitedly rolled it out to users but only 5 of them have it and then no more get it, I can see this in the Convai LTM UI in Unity, the 5 slots fill up quickly then it stops even though more people are being assigned SpeakerID’s.

Would appreciate some help please. If I’m wrong and I am being assigned 200 slots then I apologise but I think this is the issue.
