I have trained convai bot with some character description and knowledge bank. But it’s like can we train it our own keyword, it’s actually having issue with speech to text. When I’m saying exide, it’s taking input as a Excited, Exide is a battery company. I used word recognition and wrote smth in backstory too. but it’s still not working…

Hey, have you tried wording it more like an instruction in the backstory?
For example:
“When someone says the word “Exide” they mean the Battery Company and you respond with your knowledge of Exide the Battery company.”
Just an idea, don’t know if that will work.
