Hello! I can’t seem to get my thumbnail to save on the dashboard. The image uploads correctly and I save but when I refresh the image is no longer there. Additionally, when I open the experience using the sharable link, no thumbnail is seen.

Could you please share a screen recording of the issue, making sure the console logs are visible? This will help us better understand what’s going wrong and assist you more effectively.
This is a screen recording of my dashboard showing what i mean. I get prompted that the thumnbail uploaded correctly, but when I refresh, it dissapears. Even when I don’t refresh and I share the link to the experience, the thumbnail is not seen

@K3 It worked! However, I might add one suggestion and have a quick question.
After uploading the thumbnail and refreshing the page, the thumbnail image does not stay in the preview window, you can only tell that a character retained its thumbnail by actually opening the interaction link.
Additionally, could you note the preferred dimensions for thumbnails? And is there a way to turn off the black gradient on the thumbnail picture?
