Hello, I have the same issue here.
I tried with single and multiples languages, as well as Azure voices, Eleven Labs voices and Open IA.
It looks like an API issue from Convai itself.
Could you please share the config you are trying to set that throws this error?
What do you need exactly?
The error happens when I try to send something such as “hello” in the “Language and Speech” tab or in Unreal Engine.
Could you please share the character ID and session ID?
character ID : d11d5864-e307-11ef-95bb-42010a7be016
session ID : a5b83527f3255226f96e089193e81572
What do you mean by “config”? We just use the plugin. We haven’t made any changes. Do you mean which LLM or which TTS/voice we use?
Thanks
Hi @Maijestic @Alexandre_BRARD
Can you pls confirm which AI model you were using when you encountered this error ?
This can be found under the Core AI Settings in the character dashboard. ( Dashboard => Character => Core AI Settings ).

Hello, it would be great if we could find a solution to this. These are applications that are already online and running at the customer’s site. The application is used very frequently at the weekend and should function without errors. Do you have any idea what the problem could be? Thank you.
I juste tried it again, it works for me.
Yes, it should be working.
Unfortunately not for my characters. It would be nice if you could fix the problem. Thank you very much
This isn’t actually a character-specific solution. Do you experience the same issue when trying a different LLM?
I have tried various LLMs. None of them work.
The character is working correctly on our side, and no similar issues have been reported by other users. How are you reproducing this problem? Could you share a short video recording to show what happens?
two examples same character id c687bef8-a5b8-11ef-92e6-42010a7be016
Please share the browser logs.
