Voice recognition failing on mobile devices

Hi,

When we chat with an avatar with a mobile device (android oir iOS), the voice recongnition and translation to text, does not work properly. I takes correctly 1 of 20 words maybe, is a huge problem.

Are they updates being executed, so is this a temporary thing? Or what can we do? In computer it works properly.

On mobile, this is a known issue with gRPC. We are working on a WebRTC based update that will address this and bring several improvements. Once that update is released, I strongly recommend testing again.
