All characters are not responding in Unity Editor or in Meta Quest, but are responding in the Playground

Hi,

My apps characters are not responding in Unity Editor or in Meta Quest, they are responding in the Playground. It was working fine last night, and now UK morning time they aren’t responding in my Quest 3 app or in the Unity Editor Play mode.

I’ve enabled the Convai logger and no error messages are appearing. As they are responding in the Playground I don’t think it’s being caused by an LLM provider etc?

I’ve tried older app versions, still no response (I haven’t changed anything to stop it working but as mentioned I’ve tried older versions). I have tried my mobile phones internet connection in case its my home internet (my home internet is connecting to the internet ok anyway).

I am receiving emotion data but not the voice.
