Avatars have stopped responding about 1 hour ago

The avatars in my app have stopped responding about an hour ago, I gave it some time in case it was a glitch. I’ve reverted to several old app versions that worked fine (the current version was working fine too), they don’t respond.

My app is a Meta Quest 3 app, I’ve tried my app from Unity, no response, no error messages I can see that might be related but I’m no expert (at least none I don’t know about).

My character cfdabcbc-ea46-11ef-b0f3-42010a7be016 responds ok in the Playground.

I’ve attached a text file which contains a log of the app and a screen shot of my Unity console.

I have enabled all the Convai Logger settings.

Same problem with Metahumans. None of them responds.

Same here. APK, Windows build and Editor in unreal do not respond.

The only thing that works is the chat window with questions and answers.

I should have checked this earlier, for the last hour I have changed my state machine and so many other things wondering why my character in Unreal stopped talking all of a sudden…

I noticed it around 45 to 60 minutes before posting this thread tbh, I did wonder if recent app changes caused it but when it happens out of the blue and previous versions don’t work and internet connection is good, that’s when I suspect it’s on the server side.

hey, is there a potential timeline of when this issue will be resolved. actually stressing out here!! TXXX.
