All my custom characters are gone out of nowhere

I created a new character last night which went fine as normal, and then about 2 hours later all of my characters disappeared and I cannot get them back. I logged out and have deleted all the site data and cookies and restarted my browser. Still nothing.

As a test I created a new character and that one shows. Where are all my other characters? They took a long time to set up and I need access to them for a conference in a few days. This is not good timing at all. Thanks

Edge

Firefox

Brave

Still nothing. Is all my work gone?

Are you using a different account? Could you share your email address?

Yup we use 2 emails and it was autofilling in with the wrong one. That’s embarassing but thank you haha. Closed
