Help : Error 404 since your new characters

Hello,

Since your update with new characters in convai website, I can’t access my old characters that I created, when I clic on the old experiences that I created, it displays the page at first but after 2-3 seconds it redirects it to this page : Status - 404

So my experiences exist but I can’t change them because as said when I try to access them it first works but it directly redirect me to a 404 page.

It seems that there is an issue with that since you modified how the characters work. Is it something you are aware of and are working on ? is it something that will be fix soon or is there something that I have to do on my end ? or will it always stays like that, because it blocks me :confused:

We have identified the problem as being related to cloned characters and have resolved the bug. Could you please try accessing your characters again and let us know if the issue persists?
