Characters are not loading in the Dashboard on the Convai website
What are you trying to do?
Access a character so I can change a setting.
What happened?
I am getting an error message :
“Couldn’t load your characters
Character data is unavailable. Please try again.”
What did you expect?
To be able to access the characters setup etc.
Steps to reproduce
- Load the Convai dashboard
- Navigate to where the characters are listed. The sample characters load ok. Tried Chrome and Firefox.

I’ve uploaded the console for the browser page and the error on the page.
I can see my characters on the Legacy dashboard but I can’t save any changes (Update is greyed out).
