Avatar Studio is not working - loading

the avatar studio isn’t loading till the end. I wondered whether somebody faced the similar issue

I am not sure if this what you want.

I have looked up some videos and the avatars are usually moving on a 3d playground. My text generated avatar is pixeld and does not move.

Hi @Rania try visiting this website, then scroll down the page, and click Gather Candidates. The result should look like the example marked by the red rectangle in the attached image. The “Address” (hidden in the screenshot) should match your IP. You can also verify your IP through this link.

If you don’t see your IP as expected, it may indicate a firewall issue or that you’re on a network with strict restrictions. In that case, please try switching to a different network or using a VPN.

Hey @Mohamed , thank you for replying. I have followed the steps and my ip address is matching to the candidates. I have indeed restricted setting in my browser but I changed it to the standard setting and it did not work. I switched the network (connected to my mobile hotspot insted of LAN) and it did not work. vpn did not work as well

I am facing the same problem on my PC and on my laptop.

For a moment I thought it could be a hardware issue but I am not sure

@Mohamed I have reseted the browser setting and deleted the browser history and coockies. It worked only in chrome and I can now open the Avatar Studio as usual
