- A video recording of the issue, ensuring that your browser’s console logs are visible while the issue occurs.
- A saved copy of the console logs after the issue appears. You can do this by:
- Opening the Developer Console (Press
F12
orCtrl+Shift+I
in most browsers). - Navigating to the Console tab.
- Right-clicking within the console and selecting Save as… to download the log file.
- Opening the Developer Console (Press
- The browser and operating system you are using.
- Please also confirm whether you are using a VPN while accessing the platform.

Could one of your browser extensions be blocking access?
Have you tried using a different browser or one without extensions enabled?
Tried both, nothing. Any other idea?

Could you please check if allowing microphone and camera permissions for convai.com on your browser fixes the issue?
