While streaming AI character it suddenly stops streaming and gets timeout, even if i turn AFk out, while streaming in an event, I have to reload the avatar again, is there a solution?

To better understand what is happening, could you please share a short screen recording that shows the issue from start to timeout?
Also, open your browser DevTools (F12), go to the Console tab, reproduce the issue, then export the logs using “Save as” and attach that file here.
With the video and console logs, we will be able to investigate this more effectively.
To better understand the issue, we will need a few more details. Does this problem occur only on your computer, or also on mobile devices? Is it happening with a specific Convai account, or do you see the same behavior across multiple Convai accounts?
It’s been doing that on mobile devices, haven’t tried it from pc. From 1 account
Please try reproducing the issue from a PC as well and let us know if the same behavior occurs.
