After just 10-seconds, the Convai Avatar Editor keeps giving me the error, “This stream was stopped because you’ve been inactive for too long”. Then, I click the “Resume Stream” button, it errors out again and again with the same message repeatedly. I’m unable to keep Convai’s online editor functioning due to this error.
I’ve extended the “Experience Settings” by setting the “AFK Timeout” to “30 Minutes”. And still, it errors after just 10 seconds consistently.
The Convai website has also been disconnecting sporadically.
I’m only experiencing this “Timeout” and Disconnect on the Convai’s Avatar Studio website. What could be the issue? Is this a known bug? How do I fix this?
@K3 I’ve repeated my steps for this reply’s log file. I’ve gone back into Convai.com, I clicked “Avatar Studio”, I began a new session, I attempted to create and edit a new custom avatar & even began a new call with my Convai avatar and in both activities, the sessions “Time Out” or disconnect.
@K3, I’m now using my company’s account and haven’t had a time out issue.
The “Time Out” or disconnect was happening on my personal account, which I can’t explain, but at least I can use my company’s Convai account without being impeded by the time out issue.
