PixelStream experience never loads

I can get to the Convai Landing page, but when I try to click through to the Experience, it never loads. I have not had this issue previously.
I am using Chrome on Windows 11, but a colleague first noted this on their Mac.

Hi, we’ve ogt the same problem, for us pixel streaming starts, but then character says one word and then throws us out from the experience (white screen). I’m using Chrome on Mac.

This is a different problem. Could you please create a new post? And could you please share a video? Make sure the console logs are visible.

It is actually now working for me. We will get back and create new topic if the problem comes up again

Yes, the bug has been fixed.

No, the bug has not been fixed. I still only see a black screen.

Make sure you have configured your character. Do not use the old RPM character.
