Sharing experience with users

Hi,

We are trying to demo our product using pixel streaming. We have sent the public and unlisted links out to beta testers however, when they try to converse with the persona they receive “sorry I didn’t quite get that” constantly.

When logged into convai with our account, the experience works well. We tested with new email accounts and once more we got the “sorry I didn’t quite get that”. We do believe we’ve tried the experience with different email addresses historically so are confused as to why it didn’t work today.

At this time we also got an error which said “cannot serve pixel streaming. All our servers are busy. Please try again sometime later” so we are wondering whether there is a convai issue at the moment?

My question has two parts;

  • can new users create an account and access our character (when published as public or unlisted)? Or do users have to be invited to our experience to be able to interact with them(on private)?
  • ⁠Did convai servers have an issue on Wednesday 1st October from 15:00 GMT to 18:00GMT

These are the two I have tried sharing.

When users engage it says “sorry I didnt get that” constantly. But when logged into main account I can converse with it successfully.

I tested today and it also happens when sharing the experience privately, there is no way to interact with the character unless on the main account.

Hello,

The users who are testing the experience are likely on the Free plan, which doesn’t include a quota for ElevenLabs voices.

Error message:Your Elevenlabs voice quota is exhausted. Please upgrade your plan or choose a non-Elevenlabs voice to continue.
