I upgraded in order to get more interactions, but the avatar is still not answering me.

Are the characters not responding in Avatar Studio, or are you also seeing the same issue in the chatbox area?
Could you share a bit more detail?

Every avatar answers me in Legacy playground, but no one answers me in the new beta version of the playground. The reason that matters to me is that I prefer the handsfree function when talking to them. That has yet to be available in Legacy playground.
