Character does not respond to messages, I connected a VPN and it started working — what could be the reason?

Hello,

This may be related to your internet provider or a firewall blocking the connection. It could be preventing your client from reaching the server.

My provider responded that there is no blocking on their side, so the issue might be coming from Sentry (o4507051926749184.ingest.us.sentry.io).
This error occurs even when I just click on the input field on the Convai website, but when I enable VPN everything works fine.

Sentry is unrelated to your usage and should not affect functionality. The issue is likely due to something else. For example, in some regions (particularly certain Asian countries) there are restrictions that can cause connectivity problems, which is why some users rely on VPNs. There may be similar limitations in your country. On our side, there are no issues.
