Hi, Since the last Convai update, I have been experiencing significant issues with my characters. Even when I create new scenes and add new characters, they often fail to connect to the server and remain silent.
Initially, the problem seemed to be related to my choice of Spanish audio from GCP. I was then informed that those voices are now obsolete and that I should use ElevenLabs voices instead. However, this only works intermittently: the next day, or at some other point, the same error recurs, and the characters stop responding. Upon checking, I see they are having trouble connecting to the server.
I have also tried interacting using only text, but the exact same issue occurs. Regarding the ElevenLabs voices, they are not ideal for us, as they work well for English but have a strong American accent when used for other languages.
I have attempted various solutions: changing the language, restarting the executables, disabling the antivirus and firewall… but nothing seems to resolve the issue permanently. The problem persists: the characters work correctly for a while or for a day, and then the next day they stop responding, sometimes due to server connection problems and other times for no apparent reason.
I really need your help with this, as I cannot continue working under these conditions.
