Character no longer speaks

I had a character that was speaking with no issue. Yesterday, they quit speaking and throwing the error in the picture:

I cloned the character, used the new ID, and still had the same issue. The character ID is: 146c31c8-5c0a-11f0-bad9-42010a7be01f

I have been testing different narrative design features and I would like to be able to at least copy the narrative design schema to another character without having to type it in from scratch or fix the issue with the character that no longer speaks. All my other characters speak without a problem. Thanks, Brett1

I have have the same issue from the character dashboard if I interact directly with that character.

Did you check the error message?

I did, I tried different voices and got the same error. I also turned off the narrative design from the dashboard and tried to interact directly and got “Response taking long to load. Please hold on tight.”

Please try an Azure voice.

That fixed the issue. Thanks. Should I only be using Azure?

No, it was probably related to the selected voice. Of course you can try different voices.

The problem reoccurred after changing the narrative design prompt. I changed the prompt back to the original prompt. Got the same error. I tried a different voice other than an Azure voice and got the same error. I went back to interact with the character directly in the Convai Dashboard and got the taking to long to respond error still.

It is probably related to the curly brackets in ND. I have informed my teammates and they will look into it.
