Characters keep repeating the starting narrative section

This doesn’t happen always, but increasingly often the characters completely ignore what we’re saying to them, and instead seem to rerun the starting narrative section. It makes it impossible to keep a conversation with them, completely breaks games. This has happened both in UE5 and in the Convai dashboard, and for multiple different characters and in different languages.

All character's have started saying "Hey (name here)...." in every response
