Hey all. I’ve been using one of the Elevenlabs voices for a bit but suddenly get the “Elevenlabs TTS error:output not allowed…” error. I have a creator account on Elevenlabs and have been using the Gigi voice just fine until about 30 minutes ago.

If you use Convai’s Elevenlabs voices, Convai will use the Elevenlabs Quota on your plan.
If you want to connect to the Elevenlabs API, you must use the Elevenlabs Pro account.

According to my elevenlabs quota I’ve hardly used any. I checked that first when the Gigi voice suddenly stopped working
