I have tried to donwload the plugin in a new computer and it is not available in Spain. AI for NPC, MetaHuman - Dialog, actions and general intelligence - by Convai | Fab

FAB is currently implementing some new verification processes for assets in Europe, which may be affecting availability in certain regions like Spain.

The verification process has been completed. You should now be able to access and download the plugin without any issues. Please give it another try, and let us know if you encounter any further problems.

Now it works, and it appears again in the search, as you can see in the image.
