Ever since updating to 5.6, convai plugin just wont install anymore, it shows error IS-0009 only for convai, every other else is working fine, i tried deleting every cache, and every relevant folder for convai and as well as removing it in the “Installed Plugins” tab and now it just wont install anymore

We have users installing the Convai plugin on UE 5.6 without issues, so this looks specific to the Epic installer or your local environment. Please share the full installer/Launcher logs for the IS-0009 error so we can review.
Ive completely deleted everything all over again and it still wont download, where can i find these logs so that i can send it
It seems that this issue is related to Unreal Engine or Epic Games rather than Convai. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to reproduce the problem on our side, and there isn’t anything further we can adjust from our end.
We recommend reaching out directly to Unreal Engine / Epic Games support, as the issue appears to be connected to FAB or Epic’s systems. They’ll be best positioned to assist you with this download issue.
