hello every time i try to install the plugin from the epic games launcher i got the same error to every UE version please help

This issue seems to be related to the Epic Games Launcher or Epic’s installation service.
As an alternative, please download the plugin directly from our GitHub releases page:
After downloading it, create a Plugins folder inside your Unreal project directory, then move the downloaded Convai folder into that Plugins folder.
