Experience used to load but not loading since update, experience looks like a black screen

when I attempt to edit my experiences or access them via their published link, the experiences look like a dark room instead of the experience environment that it typically looks like, making it hard to navigate and almost impossible to see the simulated peers. It worked previously seamlessly however once again, it has not worked since the CONVAI update. Please help! I need this resolved in time for my research study!
