Good morning,
I am writing to report an issue related to file uploads in the Knowledge Bank.
When I upload a file, the processing time is extremely long: the upload remains in a loading state for hours without ever completing.
The issue occurs both:

when uploading a .txt file directly,

and when using the “Add Knowledge” section.
It also happens with very small files (less than 300 bytes), so it does not appear to be related to file size.
If I refresh the page, a green “Connect” button appears. However, when I click it, the connection remains in an infinite loading state and never completes. After refreshing the page again, the file goes back to the loading state.
With every action (upload, refresh, connection attempt), the following error messages appear:

Unable to update character details. Please try again in sometime.
The issue occurs consistently and currently prevents me from properly using the Knowledge Bank.
