MetaHuman ABP Completly broken in 5.6


I have no idea why this is happening. Can someone from Convai please fix this.

When I switch the preview mesh to my MH SKelMesh It is less deformed but still not correct.

I don’t see a Convai Plugin Folder.

I had the same issue with broken ABP on UE 5.6

I tried to replace the Content folder as suggested. The body seems to be fixed however the ABP “Convai_MetaHuman_FaceAnim” has compile error.
Many errors are on “Set Lipsync” Graph and refer to Visemes

I deleted and re-installed the plugin, the issue persist on UE 5.6
ABP “Convai_MetaHuman_FaceAnim” has no compile error in this case however
ABP “Convai_MetaHuman_BodyAnim” break the mesh.

Right click on the Animations folder and click the “Resave All” option.

This solved the issue with broken body ABP

I am facing the same issue, re-save method didn’t seem to work for me. The FaceAnim BP error still exists

HI @mraxe3d did you find any solution for this FaceAnim BP issue??

I had that compile error on the face ABP only when I tried to replace the Content folder.
If I revert to standard Content folder the face ABP didn’t give me any error, and if I resave the Animation folder also the body ABP seems fine.

@mraxe3d So is the body ABP and face ABP working fine without any issues on just resaving the animation folder instead of replacing the content folder?? I am stuck with bad/weird animations from yesterday after selecting the Convai Face and Body Anim Blueprints for respective components (body and face).

No, don’t change it.

Please create a new project, enable Convai, and try the Save All option.
