Missing Serbian voices (ElevenLabs) in Convai voice list

Hi Convai team,

I need to use Serbian voices from ElevenLabs in Convai, but they are not available in the default voice list.

Croatian voices are available, but they are not a valid substitute - the accent difference is noticeable and not acceptable for end users.

Since ElevenLabs already supports Serbian and provides high-quality voices, I’m trying to understand:

Is there a way to access Serbian ElevenLabs voices in Convai?

Or are they currently restricted / not exposed in the public voice list?

This is important for our production use case (Unreal Engine NPC with voice interaction), where correct language and accent are critical.

I’ll share this request with my teammates. However, I can’t guarantee that it will definitely be added, and I’m not able to provide a timeline at this stage. The fastest solution would be to connect a custom voice through an ElevenLabs Pro subscription.

Got it, could you please provide me step-by-step instructions how to integrate it to convai after i bought API from ElevenLabs? Should i upgrade it to Convai professional plan first?
