When I testing my convai sim from my end (playground), there is a webcam and sim environment but when I accessing it using the shared link, they disappered.

This might be happening due to screen size specific settings.
Please make sure to check all UI types and confirm that the webcam option is enabled for each display mode.
Let us know if the issue still persists after checking!
Unfortunately, it doesn’t work. The webcam and environment are still not showing.

It now look better with environment and webcam icon but the webcam seems unable to be activated?
