When I testing my convai sim from my end (playground), there is a webcam and sim environment but when I accessing it using the shared link, they disappered.

This might be happening due to screen size specific settings.
Please make sure to check all UI types and confirm that the webcam option is enabled for each display mode.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t work. The webcam and environment are still not showing.
