Not responding to narrative design

my character was well functional. I made no changes but from today it’s not following the script or any triggers in unity. i followed the factory tour guide video. it was working fine. now my character is stuck at conveyor belt entrance and not moving further eventhough i made no changes

I didn’t see any problems. You may have accidentally messed something up. My advice would be to re-import the scene.
