We’re having an issue with our build in Unreal. Starting today, it began showing problems with responses: it seems to get confused, takes a long time to reply, as if it doesn’t understand what’s happening, or it simply resets. Up until yesterday, it was working correctly.

Could you try with a different LLM and voice?
we use claude-3-5-sonnet, what one you recomend?, i can´t change the voice, this is for a posible client that like that voice

Hi @Cesar_Uribe can you pls confirm if you are still observing the issue ?
At the moment it feels a bit better, but the lip-sync is still getting stuck occasionally, and the response times are longer than usual.
At times it seems to be working fine, but then it goes back to taking longer to respond or gets stuck processing and doesn’t switch to listening.
Sometimes when it fails badly, we get the following:

We have this error message: “Error! See logs in Window->Output Log.” cuando se dispara el evento del Convai ChatBot llamado “On Failure”
This is a fragment of the log, right when the conversation ends and the text of what the character should say arrives, but the audio was not played and no lip-sync animation occurred.
