I see, we had an update to the beta plugin a couple of days ago that could be fixing this issue, I will try running a few tests on my end to replicate it and in the mean time it would be great if you can try our latest beta by either building from the above repo link or downloading the beta from here: Convai Base Plugin - Beta Release - Google Drive

Thanks a lot! We solved the problem after downloading the beta plugin from a new link and changing the old one.
