I get this error for a new eleven labs voice I cloned,

hello lightmercii, I had the same issu, it wasan issu from eleven labs not convai, i’ve contacted the support of eleven labs and it works again, maybe it’s just a temporary problem, anyway the issu has been solved forme

yes i followed the steps on my account eleven labs to contact them by email, i had an answer the next day and in the sametime all works for me

Works on the dashboard, sometimes. Other times I get Response taking long to load. Please hold on tight.

and it doesnt work in unity, over there we get: RpcException: Status(StatusCode=Internal, Detail=“Get Response Failed Invalid voice name. Please use a valid voice.”)

I’ll wait for tomorrow and see if its any difference, seems like its just loading in

<@1023671043287699568> still unsolved, would you mind having a check on this? The voice names in question is “Sneha” and “Sheha_V3”, I don’t think it’s an eleven labs issue as sometimes it works and sometimes it don’t on the dashboard, but v3 doesn’t work at all.

Both don’t work in unity at all either. Unable to find the voice.
